Fusion/F8 Markers Questions/Answers

Leaking Issues

  1. There’s a leak in my marker from down the barrel and the feed neck.
If you pull the bolt pin and remove the bolt from the marker (when the marker is aired up). The leak should become louder, which indicates that the valve and possibly the valve pin is either missing or o-ring is damaged. De-gas the marker, remove the tank, and take off the LPR (Low Pressure Regulator). There should be a spring behind the LPR, which can be easily removed with your finger. Look down the LPR:
    • If o-ring #96 is not in place, the o-ring needs to be replaced
    • If o-ring #96 is still inside the valve and in place, the valve needs to be replaced.

  2. There’s a leaking coming from underneath the LPR.
The leak is caused by the o-rings around the LPR. If the marker continues to leak even after o-rings are replaced, we suggest sending the marker in to be serviced by our service techs.

  3. I have a leak coming from the back of the gun.
Remove the grip frame and air the marker up. If the leak becomes louder, it indicates that the solenoid is leaking. One of the three o-rings inside the solenoid is cracked or broken. We suggest sending the marker in to be serviced by our service techs.

Bolt Issue

  1. The bolt on my marker sticks forward when I pull the trigger.
The marker has a bad o-ring inside the solenoid. When the second of the three o-rings inside the solenoid is damaged, but not leaking, the pressure cannot stabilize. This results in the bolt sticking forward with each trigger pull. We suggest sending the marker in to be serviced by our service techs.

Firing/Ramping/Bouncing Issues

  1. Whenever I fire my marker the bolt keeps hitting the bottom of the feed neck and does not go back all the way.
Make sure that the bolt is sitting the proper slot and not on the ram spring.
    • For the F8 – the bolt should be sitting flush with the milling on the marker
    • For the Fusion – the bolt should be at the highest point (aside from the feed neck) of the marker.
